Forge Athletic in Olathe, KS, proudly delivers it's Strength & Conditioning program in partnership with Asset Performance Institute. Our program is here to elevate every athlete’s performance. Led by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Designed for athletes of all ages, this elite program leverages evidence-based training methodologies to deliver unparalleled results in strength, speed, power, and resilience. At Forge Athletic, the focus is on building well-rounded, high-performing athletes who dominate their sport while minimizing injury risk through cutting-edge, science-driven training.

Athletes entrust their athletic development to their trainers. Small class sizes allow us to give each athlete the attention they deserve

Athletes Balancing practice/games, school, and family/friends can lead to inconsistent schedules. Our online class booking allows you to change your training days to fit your schedule

Athletes While the principles of strength training remain unchanged, each athlete will recieve a variation of our programming to target their specific needs

Short Term Packages

 

Packaged session use: We recommend 2x a week at minimum to see results and growth. Many of the training adaptations athletes need and the ones we work toward (strength, power, speed) are merely maintained training once a week.
